Several bus stops will be removed from service along Route 14/14A - Lakeshore West, effective September 6

Several bus stops along Route 14/14A – Lakeshore West will be removed from service due to routing changes in line with the Oakville Transit Five-Year Business Plan, effective Sunday, September 6, 2026. 

Although several stops will be removed from service, Oakville Transit is introducing new bus stops along Route 14/14A – Lakeshore West corridor.

Bus stops removed from service on Route 14/14A: 

• #2547 - Forsythe Street and Head Street, Route 14/14A Eastbound
• #2546 - Bond Street and Chisholm Street, Route 14/14A Eastbound
• #2543 - Bond Street and Kerr Street, Route 14/14A Eastbound
• #2540 - Rebecca Street and Kerr Street, Route 14/14A Eastbound 
• #2539 - Rebecca Street and Brock Street, Route 14/14A Eastbound
• #2538 - Rebecca Street and Brock Street, Route 14/14A Westbound
• #2671 - Rebecca Street and Dorval Drive, Route 14/14A Westbound

Bus Stops #2547, #2546, #2543, #2539 and #2540 will remain in service, however, will only service School Special Route 83E – T.A. Blakelock.

The website, apps and bus finder will reflect the changes effective September 2026.
