Jazz Festival - Detour and Shuttle serviceOakville Jazz Festival will take place on Friday, August 6 and Saturday, August 7. Lakeshore Road in downtown Oakville will be closed from approximatey 5 p.m. on Friday to the end of day on Saturday. The following Oakville Transit routes will be on detour: Route 2 - Lakeshore, Navy, Robinson, Allan and Lakeshore; both directions. Route 14 Lakeshore West - From the GO station, Reynolds, Randall, George, Church, Trafalgar, Randall and Rebecca. Route 14 Oakville GO and Route 17 are not affected. Jazz Festival Free Shuttle The free shuttle service operates on Friday and Saturday, departs every 15 minutes between the Oakville GO station and downtown Oakville, from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. First bus departs the Oakville GO station at 5:30 p.m. Last bus departs from downtown Oakville at 12:30 a.m for return to the Oakville GO station. |
